We strive to deliver luxurious custom-made engagement rings. High quality jewelry doesn’t have to be expensive. Instead of paying 10x the cost of goods in retail, we cut the costs by being the jewelry manufacturer, essentially cutting the middlemen out and delivering straight to your door.
All Diamond, Emerald and Ruby rings can be modified, and any setting can be made to order. When you reach out to us for a custom order, we provide professional photos and videos of all our loose diamonds and work with you to create CAD renders of what the final design will look like. Once you approve the design you purchase the ring!

Jewelry Refund Policy
We offer 30-day Money Back for all Diamond, Emerald and Ruby jewelry. We do NOT charge a restocking fee!
All following conditions must be met in order for you to receive the full refund:
- Item must be in its original condition showing no signs of wear, damage, or alternation.
- All original accessories shipped must be returned.
- No refund is given if defect is caused by misuse of buyers.
- Item returned must be shipped within 30 days of receiving it.
- If you are returning a customized item (resizing, design modification, or design reproduction), a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items over $200 come with free expedited shipping and signature upon delivery, and delivery times average 7-12 days.
If you are not 100% happy with your jewelry, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the process.
After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (5) working days. Items returned after five days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Return/exchange broken or defective item(s): You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help. For high value items (over $200), we take pictures of the item before we send out your order to make sure everything is perfect.
If you need to return an item, we will issue you a return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for you to clearly write on the label or the outside of the box. We cannot proceed with your request unless the given RMA number is present and clear on your package and you have provided us with a tracking number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us. However, if you decide to proceed with an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out to you.
Once your package has arrived at our facility it will take a few days (in rare cases it can take up to 14 days) for us to process your request. During this period our warehouse staff will verify and account for everything you have sent us.
As soon as we get a confirmation from our warehouse, we will get in touch with you via email to confirm we have received your return and finalize the process.
Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made.
All items come with a 1-month (30 days) warranty. During this period you can either return your item(s) for a full refund, get a replacement, or make an exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label if the defective item must be shipped back to us.
For our Solid Gold Rings, we offer 30 day returns. If you experience a manufacturing defect or another quality problem with your item during this period, please contact us to discuss your replacement and exchange options.
Please note: We use genuine gemstones in our jewelry, and love the organic variations in each stone. We source some of the best quality gemstones in the world and are committed to providing you with as much information regarding the product as possible.
